Cycling 2009:

Coming back from shoulder surgery which axed all my training and moving to Colorado. Had a choice to not race - just train get used to altitude, lose weight and do well in 2010 ... I decided to race at altitude just to get in the zone. Finished all my races, stayed in the peleton for most except for Durango. I later heard they blast the first hill after the railroad - I'll know this for 2010. :)

Update: Last week rode the 4/19/09: Just completed the first race of the 2009 season.at United States Air Force Academy RR,TTT,CRIT: USAFA Flyer. The results are here. Also Phil Zajiceh won, Michael Creed of Rock was 2nd I was also impressed with Brad White of Ouch who came in 4th,
