Eastern European Logic and Predicate Calculus

It is my strong belief that in order to port human-like neuro network intelligence into a machine one of course needs to embrace 1) the way and 2) the history of how Eastern European Philosophers and Mathematicians, from Kant to Pawlak, Ras, Skowron, Busse and Michalewicz et al have melded Discrete Mathematics, Logic and Predicate Calculus into Knowledge Discovery in Databases, Rough Set Thoery Genetic Algorithms and Fuzzy Logic. I say this because if one understands how these principles evolved, it just seems to be easier to know when to use them.
